Sofia Koudouni is an EU Project Manager at Odyssea with a strong interest in social inclusion, community empowerment, and participatory learning. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in English Language and Literature from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and a Master’s degree in European Studies from the University of Amsterdam. Alongside coordinating European projects in the fields of civic engagement, sustainability, migration, and gender equality, she has extensive experience as a non-formal education trainer and facilitator. Over the years, she has designed and delivered interactive workshops for diverse groups, including young people, migrants, and women with refugee and migrant backgrounds, using creative and participatory methodologies to foster dialogue, confidence, and inclusion. She is particularly interested in the role of storytelling, culture, and collective creativity as tools for empowerment, intercultural exchange, and social change.
